Email marketing is now established as the business tool for winning prospects, albeit this often requires telesales in active support. Search marketing and web design are there to educate and inform prospects with e and now m-commerce systems collecting the orders & payment. CRM is being reinforced by social media through promotional offers and surveys. Where next? Well maybe social adaptations of tribal marketing might play a role too.

So here’s too digital marketing becoming an even more structured and predictable set of marketing tools in 2014. One thing not to forget though – all of the above relies on the quality of the Content …. And this will still remain King for the foreseeable……
